Delete account & data
This text applies equally to VetAura, VetCoral, VetExot and VetBreed.
You can delete your account and all associated data completely at any time. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed – this cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Your account, all animal and stock profiles, vaccination and medication plans, appointments, health logs and measurements, photos, documents, cost entries, family shares and referral links, and everything else stored in your account. Community reports you have published (Hazard Radar, Foraging Map) are removed or anonymised as part of the deletion.
Option 1 — in the app (recommended)
Open the app and go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete account. Confirm in both safety dialogs. Deletion is immediate and complete.
Option 2 — by email
If you no longer have access to the app, write to us from your registered email address. We will delete your account within 30 days. Please use the address of the app in question:

Note on the premium subscription
A running premium subscription is managed by Google Play. Please also cancel it in your Google Play account's subscription settings so that no further charges are made. Deleting the account alone does not end the subscription.
