Right of Withdrawal
This text applies equally to VetAura, VetCoral, VetExot and VetBreed.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Note: As the purchase is processed via the Google Play Store, you may also request refunds directly via your Google Play account or Google Support.
Notice regarding family sharing: if you take part in a family sharing group as an invited family member without your own paid subscription, you do not yourself enter into a paid contract with us; you do not have your own right of withdrawal under this notice in that case. The right of withdrawal belongs to the account holder who concluded the paid subscription.
Notice for consumers in Brazil: the 14-day period above exceeds the minimum 7-day period required under Art. 49 CDC.
Notice for consumers in Australia: a statutory right of withdrawal under Australian law generally does not exist for self-initiated online purchases of digital content; we grant you the above 14-day right of withdrawal voluntarily nonetheless. Your statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected (see T&Cs).
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. If payment was made via the app store, the refund will be processed via the app store.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For contracts for the provision of digital content/services, your right of withdrawal expires if you expressly agree that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you confirm your knowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance (§ 356(4)/(5) BGB — German Civil Code). This consent is obtained by the app store during the purchase process.
