Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content in the app and on this website in accordance with general law pursuant to § 7(1) TMG. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected.
Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external third-party websites (including advertising/affiliate links) over whose content we have no control. We cannot accept any liability for such third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. Should we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
Liability for user-generated content
Within our apps, users can publish their own content that is visible to other users (e.g. hazard and foraging area reports in the Hazard Radar or the Foraging Map). We are not responsible for this third-party content as a host provider pursuant to § 10 TMG, as long as we have no knowledge of any unlawful act or information. Should we become aware of such legal violations, we will promptly remove the content concerned or block access to it. You can report unlawful user-generated content at any time to the contact email address given above.
Notice regarding advertising and affiliate links
The app may contain advertising or affiliate links to partner shops. If a purchase is made via such a link, we may receive a commission. This does not result in any additional costs for you. Such content is marked as advertising in the app.
Online dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
